1、 Scope of application of intelligent flow calculation display control instrument

Suitable for measuring, displaying, controlling, and integrating flow parameters of industrial processes such as tap water, oil, liquids, and solid fluids that do not require compensation. Can receive differential pressure input from orifice plates or input signals from various FLOW METERs such as vortex street flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, turbine flow meters, etc.

2、 Functional Features

Acceptable input signal

0-10mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V linear or square root input are universal.

5V voltage pulse frequency input, 0-5KHz.

4-20mA current pulse frequency input, 0-5KHz.

Intelligent design of microcontroller, all parameters can be set by buttons.

Simultaneously display the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow by 4 digits, with the cumulative flow length expressed horizontally by 13 digits and vertically by 11 digits.

Equipped with instantaneous flow upper and lower limit alarm control relay output or batch control (cumulative flow control) relay output.

0-10mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V isolated transmission output.

Can be equipped with isolated communication interfaces such as RS485/RS232.

Input signal fault protection, flow signal faults can be displayed and accumulated according to the set flow rate.
