The wireless temperature display device is a field installed temperature unit that can be directly installed in the junction box of an industrial thermistor to form an integrated temperature measurement instrument. It can be widely applied in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, textile, food, national defense, and scientific research.
FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
The thermal resistance sensor converts the measured temperature into an electrical signal. After 18 bit A/D acquisition, the temperature value is corrected using the multi segment line approximation method and displayed on the LCD. And the temperature value is wirelessly transmitted to the digital display meter. This product is suitable for temperature measurement of mobile and rotating equipment.
This product is powered by a lithium battery and uses the LoRa modulation technology of SX1278 as its core. It adopts a star shaped network design to build a low-power temperature measurement system that can withstand complex environments such as long communication distances and multiple interference sources. LoRa is based on the Sub GHz frequency band, making it easier to communicate over long distances with lower power consumption. Its low-power characteristics greatly extend its lifespan, and LoRa signals have strong penetration into buildings (up to 10 kilometers in open spaces). Suitable for low-cost large-scale deployment of the Internet of Things.
