Belt weigher

It refers to an automatic weighing device that continuously weighs bulk materials on a conveyor belt without the need for mass subdivision or interrupting the movement of the conveyor belt.

Classification by carrier: weighing table carrier, conveyor carrier;

Classified by belt speed: single speed belt scale, variable speed belt scale.

The product adjusts the material flow rate of the feeding equipment by changing the belt speed of the conveyor belt. By installing a load sensor under the measuring roller, the weight of the material on the belt can be input into the instrument, and the unit length material flow rate G (kg/m) can be calculated. There is also a belt speed sensor installed on the belt scale, and the signal is input into the instrument to obtain the speed V (m/s) of the belt. Therefore, the instantaneous flow rate of the belt scale is L=G * V. The instantaneous flow rate PV is compared with the set flow rate value SP, and the belt speed is adjusted through the output of DA to make the adjusted flow rate equal to the set flow rate.
